Unfortunately not all browsers allow the text size to be varied. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or newer, the text size can be varied by clicking on View in the toolbar, then Text Size.

Accessing links.

Many of the links point to Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). You can get tools and information for increasing the accessibility of PDF documents from the Adobe website.

As links open up in a new window, you may wish to turn off your pop-up blocker, or alternatively hold down Control when clicking on a link.
