    Social franchising research

The Coalition wants to gain a deeper understanding of social franchising activity in the UK. We are partnering with franchising specialists in the north east, Inspire, to research the subject. Inspire is successfully replicating a number of social enterprise models across the north east in the environment, health and social care, and culture and tourism sectors.

Together we have developed a short online scoping survey, the results of which will inform our future work. We invite all readers to assist us in our research by completing the survey.

Inspire is a development partnership funded by the European Social Fund’s Equal Programme.
